Peer 2 Peer mentoring to support through change, turbulence and transition
Join our short-term peer mentoring intervention, open to all humanitarians and development professionals to support through the terrific change, turbulence, and subsequent transitions that many are experiencing
A programme to provide short-term support to humanitarians and development professionals faced with immediate change. To enable effective and successful transition during this period and to learn and thrive from this experience.”
What is Peer 2 Peer Mentoring?
Peer 2 Peer mentoring is a one-to-one learning relationship between people with similar levels of experience. It is based on mutual, two-way learning through developmental conversations, where both participants create beneficial reflective space for each other to enable them to think through what is going on for them in their lives at this time. The programme will also introduce the participants to concepts around thriving through change and transition which they can work through and discuss together in their meetings.
What can you expect from each other?
We recommend participants have 3 to 5 meetings together, arranged to suit both your needs. Meetings will last between 60 and 90 minutes. We recommend strongly that all participants join a briefing webinar in advance of their relationships beginning.
